We use the Owl cameras here and they can be used for streaming general sessions as long as you use 2 cameras and blue tooth them together and lock them on the speaker. They are great for smaller meetings mostly.

we've learned a lot about it recently.. how to control the screens, using an app remotely too.

I like awesome screen shot and screen recorder which is a google extension. I've been able to record something on my screen like a presentation or showing someone how to do something, or a clip of a webinar/meeting I want to share with others.

I sign contracts and mark up docs in Notability on my ipad pro and apple pencil

We use MS Teams. It works a lot like Basecamp.

I transitioned from Basecamp to Monday.com. Still learning about all that it can do!

We just started using Trello. Pretty user friendly but maybe not as robust

We just signed a contract with SurveyMonkey Apply, which is a submission/application system. It not cheap but it is lovely!

we use Kaleidoscope- but we have a very large scholarship program so its a more white glove program that does a lot of the work for us

We use ElectionBuddy, also affordable and has a "live" option.
